Anyway to answer your question, you've got to scan the picture onto the computer with a scanner. Then save it and upload the file.

That's okay, I just never understand why people hide their comments. Especially if they aren't embarassing or anything like that. More than like it's jut a glitch though. Hiding comments doesn't normally do that.
